Investment strategy

The two most important business goals for the company are return and sales. Pillious Invest invests in global listed shares domiciled in developed countries based on the stock picking strategy, cf. the description of the company’s investment strategy.

The company seeks organic growth through the channels that the board of directors has built up in its network. The growth will also come from the partners that the company finds useful within the framework of current legislation. The product gives Pillious Invest A / S the opportunity to strengthen the servicing of a selected customer segment, which affects the more affluent segment.

The investments are selected on the basis of equity analyst Mads Hansen Baudier’s assessment and analyzes and thus have active portfolio management in the selection of companies and instruments on the market.

Investor

It is the company’s goal to offer actively managed portfolios at a competitive price. In the pricing, both fixed amounts can be used, as well as fixed-rate rates, which can be incremental. The main emphasis is on fixed asset rates, which provide a more even and known cost level for all investors. We have therefore chosen to differ slightly from the others in the market, as we only want the best for the investors in the company and therefore only take 0.15% in brokerage, which the investor pays when Pillious Invest trades a share.

In addition to costs for partners, the company has a number of other costs, for example for general meetings, which are based on bill payments. A maximum cost level is set in the company’s articles of association for all costs in the company.

The Board of Directors reviews the company’s cost picture at least once a year. In this connection, the company’s competitiveness is assessed in the light of wealth base, investor interest as well as prices and returns.

The Board of Directors monitors the portfolios through reports on performance and risk as well as the presentation of partners at Board meetings. In performance assessment, placement in relation to comparable departments in similar categories will be included. The Board of Directors takes an active stance on the investment process and the risk framework for the company at least once a year.

Collaborating partner

In the choice of partner, it is important that the partner matches the company’s wishes and has a size where the company can also be an interesting long-term partner. Distribution and marketing, including advice and guidance to investors, are handled by the company itself, whose market profile harmonizes with Pillious Invest’s strategy.

Furthermore, Pillious Invest cooperates with the bank to obtain competitive brokerage prices, etc. to investors.

The sales strategy primarily includes Pillious Invest’s existing customers and networks. The company is a closed “club” to use a multi-stranded distribution and does not see value in establishing agreements with other distributors at present.

In the current issue after the initial subscription period, the primary growth in the company’s assets is expected to come from a gradual growth among Pillious Invest’s customers.

The company has a goal of achieving a fortune of DKK 50 million. DKK before the end of 2021.
